Each topper is color-matched, cut, and customized to blend with your natural hair. The topper is the hairpiece itself. Depending on the strength and density of the natural hair available for support, it may be sewn onto either a mesh-and-beaded foundation or a beaded-only meshless foundation.

A custom hair topper is a customized hairpiece designed to provide targeted coverage through a thinning crown, widening part, or another area where you want more visual density. Yours is color-matched, cut, and blended into your natural hair so the transition looks soft, cohesive, and believable. Topper construction can vary, including lace, HD lace, or other base materials when appropriate for your hair, coverage needs, and desired finish.
The topper is the hairpiece that creates the coverage. How it is supported depends on your natural hair. If the available hair is structurally strong enough, the topper may be sewn onto a customized beaded-only foundation using Meshless Integration. If additional support is needed, Mesh Integration begins with breathable mesh laid over the appropriate area; the natural hair is fed through the mesh and secured with beads, and the topper is then sewn onto that completed foundation.

We choose the right support method
If your natural hair is structurally strong enough, I build a customized beaded-only foundation for Meshless Integration. If more support is needed, I lay a breathable mesh foundation first, feed the appropriate natural hair through the mesh, and secure that hair with beads to create the Mesh Integration foundation. Your topper is sewn onto the selected foundation, then cut, blended, and styled with your natural hair.

Your topper and foundation are refreshed on the maintenance schedule designed for your system so the fit, support, and blend can be reassessed as your natural hair changes. Your personalized plan outlines the recommended schedule and what is included.
