Every transformation is approached with care for your natural hair, transparency about what your chosen method requires, and a commitment to evaluate qualifying fit or placement concerns promptly. The Conceited Care Promise™ applies across luxury extensions and cosmetic hair restoration.
What I promise you

Your transformation will be designed around your goals and what your natural hair can comfortably support.
Clarity before you commit.
Your recommended method, expected maintenance, material limitations, and written investment will be explained before you commit.
Qualifying adjustments, handled.
If an installation I performed requires a reasonable fit or placement correction, I will evaluate it and make the appropriate adjustment when you notify me within 14 calendar days and meet the Promise requirements.
Honesty throughout your experience.
If your hair needs a different method, less added hair, additional support, or more time before proceeding, I will tell you honestly and adjust my recommendation when appropriate.
The 14-day adjustment window
The adjustment window begins on the calendar date a qualifying installation or reinstallation is completed. You must notify the Studio in writing within 14 calendar days and make the hair, system, and attachments available for inspection within a reasonable time requested by the Studio.
A qualifying adjustment is a minor correction to the fit, comfort, balance, or placement of hair, attachments, or a Studio-created foundation installed by the Studio. The Studio will determine the appropriate corrective technique using reasonable professional judgment.
A new 14-day adjustment window begins after each qualifying installation or reinstallation included in an active Signature or Couture Experience. Maintenance, color, keratin, blowout, bond cleanup, and concierge appointments do not begin a new adjustment window unless the Studio expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
Requirements for a complimentary adjustment
- You notified the Studio in writing within 14 calendar days after the qualifying installation or reinstallation.
- Your account is current and you are complying with the Client Services Agreement.
- You followed the required maintenance and aftercare instructions.
- You allow the Studio to inspect the hair, system, and attachments before they are altered or removed.
- You make the applicable hair, system, and attachments available for inspection within a reasonable time requested by the Studio.
What the Promise does not cover
- Preference changes, new requests, additional length or density, method changes, or work outside the original written scope.
- Routine maintenance, natural shedding, normal slippage, grow-out, fading, wear, or replacement of naturally shed or worn hair.
- Color changes, free maintenance, free replacement hair, free method changes, or third-party service costs.
- Matting, tangling, breakage, damage, reduced wear, or other changes caused by missed maintenance, improper care, unauthorized products, self-removal, or alteration by another provider.
- Changes caused or materially contributed to by medical conditions, medications, hormonal changes, pregnancy, the natural hair cycle, undisclosed information, or other circumstances outside the original scope.
The Conceited Care Promise™ does not create or imply a right to a refund, partial refund, credit, replacement hair, free maintenance, free method change, compensation, or reimbursement for third-party services. When every requirement is met, the sole complimentary remedy is the fit or placement adjustment selected by the Studio.
Your part in the care relationship
The best result depends on both the work performed in the Studio and the care provided between visits. You agree to follow your aftercare instructions, attend maintenance within the recommended interval, use approved products, report discomfort or unusual changes promptly, and allow the Studio the first opportunity to inspect a concern before another provider alters or removes the work, except where immediate removal is reasonably necessary for health or safety.
