Appointments at a Private Studio

Conceited Beauty Bar is a private, appointment-only beauty studio in Lancaster, PA. All services are provided one-on-one to preserve privacy, focus, and a relaxed environment. Because of this model, appointment times are reserved exclusively for you and are not double-booked.

Scheduling & Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. Appointments may be rescheduled at no cost when proper notice is given. Changes can be made directly through the online booking system.

Late Cancellations
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% service fee (up to $500). This policy helps honor the time reserved specifically for you.

No-Show Policy

Appointments that are missed without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost. Your appointment time is valuable, and so is the time reserved for you in the studio.

Arrival Time & Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment to ensure a smooth, unrushed experience. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be modified or rescheduled. In some cases, this may result in a 50% cancellation fee, depending on the service scheduled.

Gratuity

Gratuity is never expected, but always appreciated. I won't ask for a tip — if you feel your experience exceeded expectations, gratuity may be left at your discretion.

Health, Safety & Consultation Information

Your safety and comfort are always a priority. Certain health conditions, allergies, medications, or previous treatments may affect your service or results. All relevant information must be disclosed during your consultation or before your appointment. These questions are asked solely to ensure:

-Your overall well-being

Children in the Salon

Conceited Beauty Bar welcomes children who are scheduled to receive services. To maintain a calm, focused studio environment, I kindly ask that only the client receiving services be present for their appointment. This allows each visit to remain relaxed, safe, and uninterrupted. If a child requires a parent or guardian to remain in the studio for support, you are welcome to do so.

Photography & Videography

Photos or videos may be taken during your appointment for documentation or portfolio purposes. If you prefer not to appear on social media or public platforms, please let me know — your preference will always be respected. Internal documentation for professional records may still occur.

Illness & Wellness Policy

If you are feeling unwell or have been exposed to a contagious illness, I kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment. Conceited Beauty Bar follows professional sanitation protocols, including regular disinfecting of tools, workstations, and shared surfaces.

Respectful Studio Environment

Conceited Beauty Bar is committed to providing a welcoming, respectful environment for all. Aggressive, threatening, harassing, or inappropriate behavior toward the artist or others will not be tolerated. If such behavior occurs, services may be stopped immediately, the client may be asked to leave, and future appointments may be declined. Refunds will NOT be issued for services interrupted due to inappropriate behavior.

Right to Refuse Service

I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these policies or creates an unsafe or uncomfortable environment within the studio.

Refunds & Retail Returns

I do not offer refunds for completed services. If something does not feel right during your appointment, please speak up before leaving the studio so adjustments can be made. Unopened retail products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days with proof of purchase.
